📦 Orders & Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout mainland France. For overseas territories and international destinations, please contact us before placing your order.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for purchases over €90 in France. Below this amount, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes! A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your package is shipped.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Our gift cards are available online. They're perfect for birthdays, Christmas, new baby showers, or just to treat someone you love.

Can I have my order delivered as a gift to someone else?

Yes, absolutely. Simply provide the address of the person you wish to have the package delivered to when ordering.

✨ And for an even more thoughtful touch, you can write a little personalized note in the “Order Notes” space before confirming your basket: we will carefully slip it into the package – with pleasure and at no extra cost.

📏 SIZES & CUTS

How do I choose my size?

Each product sheet contains a detailed size guide. If you're unsure between two sizes, choose the larger one or contact us for personalized advice.

Are your models suitable for all body types?

Many of our pieces are one-size-fits- all, designed to flatter a wide range of silhouettes. Thanks to the soft materials and thoughtful cuts, they naturally adapt to the shape of the body and generally fit sizes 34 to 48.

What if I am a size larger than 48?

We're thinking of everyone đź’›. While we don't yet offer a plus-size selection directly online, we do make custom pieces up to size 60 and up . Just contact us by email or Instagram: we'll be happy to offer you a selection just for you , because we know how difficult it is to find nice clothes beyond size 48.

How do I know if a piece is large, small or "normal"?

We always indicate this in the product sheet (e.g.: oversize, fitted, loose, etc.). If you have any doubts, our customer service is here to advise you.

Are the items true to the photos?

Yes, all our products are carefully photographed, without misleading filters. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Where are your clothes made?

Our pieces are carefully manufactured in Italy or France, in workshops that respect know-how and working conditions.

Are your clothes transparent?

It depends on the fabric and color. For each piece, we specify whether the fabric is slightly transparent or not. If you have any questions, please feel free to write to us.

How to care for your clothes?

Each piece comes with its own care instructions. Generally, a gentle wash at 30°C, inside out, and air drying will preserve the quality of the fabric.

Are your pieces produced in limited series?

Yes, most of our designs are made in small quantities to ensure exclusivity and avoid overproduction. We prioritize quality over quantity.

Do you do capsule collections or pre-orders?

Yes, some pieces may be available for pre-order or as part of capsule collections. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to the newsletter to be notified of upcoming releases.

Can I get help choosing my clothes better?

✨ Yes, and it's an exclusive we love to offer!

From 150 € of purchase in our store, you can benefit from a free 25-minute video image consulting session .

What does this consultation consist of?

We discuss your desires, your style, your figure, and your daily life via video call to guide you in your choices. Colors, cuts, key pieces: everything is designed to make you feel beautiful, confident, and in tune with who you are.

How to benefit from it?

After placing your order, you'll receive an email offering you an appointment slot. Simply choose the time that suits you! This offer is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn, unwashed item in its original condition. Returns are at your expense at a flat rate of €9.

⚠️ Items on sale or on sale are not returnable or exchangeable.

⚠️ We do not issue refunds: returns are subject to exchange only (size, color or credit note subject to availability).

How to make a return?

You just need to write to us at melhenavenue@gmail.com with your order number. We will instruct you on the next steps.

Are exchanges possible?

Yes, subject to availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), as well as via PayPal.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and secured through our certified payment provider Payplug.

How to contact you?

Do you have a showroom or physical store?

For now, our store is exclusively online. But stay tuned—pop-ups or private sales could be coming soon to your area!

However, you can find us at the markets in Var and Bouches-du-RhĂ´ne . Contact us for more information.
